Cartagena (2017 Edition)^*

This edition of Cartagena combines the classic base game with Cartagena 2 - The Pirate's Nest and several new variants. It features eight double-sided game boards; the base game uses only six, while additional boards can extend gameplay or shorten it by reducing the number of pirates. Players are tasked with guiding their six pirates through a winding underground tunnel to escape to a sloop waiting in the harbor. Movement is based on the symbols on cards that players play, and strategic planning is essential as players must manage their actions effectively.
