* Chicago is played in a city where bars and casinos are fiercely contested. A player wins by achieving one of three goals and staying on top until the end of a game phase. If no player meets a goal by the end of the 24th round, the player with the highest wealth wins.
The game board features a map with streets and buildings, with each district having a casino and 22 bars of varying values. Players can deploy enforcers to control a district, and at the end of each phase, players receive cash based on the value of their owned establishments. The game concludes when a player achieves a goal, or if all phases are completed without a goal being met, the player with the most money wins.
