City Square Off^*

City Square Off challenges two players to create well-designed cities without exceeding the game board boundaries. Each player starts with a 9x9 grid and must strategically place city tiles in response to Tetris-like shape cards that are revealed simultaneously. If a player cannot place a tile within the grid, they lose; however, if both players face this situation, the one with the largest contiguous area of unoccupied spaces wins the game.
