Cthulhu: A Deck Building Game*

Ancient gods invite you to participate in the attempt to save your wretched existence. Stars will soon align favorably, and only those daring enough to piece together clues from the mythos will know what lies ahead. Players collaborate as investigators (1-6 players) to banish the Ancient One and its minions by using Moxie to reduce their health to zero.

The game consists of a planning phase and a combat phase. In the planning phase, investigators activate cards in hand, explore new cards, and prepare for the final confrontation. During the combat phase, the Ancient One and its minions attack the investigators' health and sanity, giving them a chance to defend and push back the waves of the occult and supernatural. Building a personal library through research is key to gaining strength against the Ancient Ones, requiring careful balance between resource allocation and combating the mythos.
