Die Trödler aus den Highlands^*

Die Trödler aus den Highlands is a tactical family game by Carlo A. Rossi built on route planning and card drafting: as second-hand dealers from the Scottish Highlands, players drive their carts from village to village, collecting junk and delivering it where it is wanted.

Each round, piles of cards are laid out and drafted. Route cards move your cart over mountains and bridges, letting you pick up goods, while goods-request cards fulfil the villages' demands. Special feed lets you travel freely and take extra actions – but whoever used the most of it at the end has exhausted their horses and cannot win. Of the rest, the player with the most points from completed requests and leftover goods wins.
