The Chinese emperor has long been powerless, surrounded by intrigue and corruption within the city walls. Just before a wedding, his ceremonial garments are stolen by a gang of corrupt officials. The emperor calls upon his last loyal advisers to retrieve the clothes, urging them to find as many clothing cards as possible, no matter the cost.
