Dilluvia Project^*

The Earth is overpopulated, but recent technological advancements open new opportunities for cities floating high in the sky. Players take on the role of entrepreneurs managing the construction of the first sky city, aiming to attract new residents over seven rounds of play. The challenge lies in building the city efficiently to draw in the most inhabitants and succeed in the Dilluvia Project.
