Sutter's Mill: California Gold Rush of 1849*

Players experience the sudden rise and fall of the California town of Coloma during the Gold Rush. They first develop the town by attracting new residents and mining for gold. As the gold vein starts to dwindle, players must decide when to abandon their investments and leave Coloma, transitioning from the building phase to the demolition phase, while some players continue to expand even as others begin to tear down.
