Faiyum*
The oasis-like basin of Faiyum was artificially created 3,900 years ago by expanding the Bahr-Yussef canal, which was connected to the Nile. During Egypt's Middle Kingdom, pharaohs like Amenemhet III and Sesostris II transformed this marshland into agricultural land, commanding the construction of canals and dikes to reclaim it.
As advisors to Amenemhet III, you must harvest goods, build roads, and establish settlements for Faiyum's benefit. The game features simple rules where players play cards to a personal discard pile, retrieve them in reverse order, and strategically manage their resources and workers. Aim to create the best card combinations to become the master advisor of Faiyum.
