The game is based on the public domain game "Mau Mau," similar to "Crazy Eights," but with unique twists. An active location card introduces ongoing special rules, changing multiple times during play, and the "One Ring" card is placed in front of a player, allowing others to steal it. As the Ring bearer, you earn points at the end of the round, but it may hinder you during the game, creating a strategic risk.
