An auction game where players automatically acquire income and resources at the start of each round. Money is then used to bid on additional resources, which can be spent to build cities or qualify for roles that provide influence, victory points, and special powers such as income boosts or resource advantages. Building a city awards victory points, but it also gives points to opponents holding the corresponding role.
