IOTA is a card game where players score points by adding cards to a grid. The deck contains 64 regular cards and two identical jokers, each card featuring three attributes: color, shape, and number, with four variations for each attribute. Players begin with four cards and play a "starting card" on the table, after which they can add one to four cards in a turn to form rows that meet specific criteria, aiming to maximize their scores before the draw pile is exhausted.
