They gain influence over five major cities: Venice, Milan, Florence, Rome, and Naples, represented through game pieces featuring notable figures that provide unique benefits. Players can engage in warfare and intrigue, using influence points to control outcomes and even betray rivals, fostering a dynamic where strategy and negotiation are key elements of gameplay.
