Players aim to build the largest and most efficient hospital while managing a constant influx of patients. They must strategically add special rooms and abilities to stay ahead, while avoiding highly contagious patients that can force entire departments into quarantine. The game features a unique "price-drafting" mechanism to acquire tiles, requiring players to carefully set prices and outmaneuver others to enhance their hospitals.
