Rette die Million!*

Players participate in pairs, starting with 1 million euros divided into forty packages of 25,000 euros each. They face two categories and choose one to answer a multiple-choice question. They must wager all their money on each question, with the option to split their bet among multiple answers, but only one answer may receive no wager. Players keep their earnings for the correct answer but lose everything else. If a team runs out of money before answering all eight questions, they are eliminated. In two-player games, one acts as the quizmaster while the other guesses, swapping roles at the end. In larger groups, players form teams, with one player from a different team serving as quizmaster, while others cheer for mistakes.
