Players simulate the complex strategic situation in Europe during World War II. The game includes six variations, ranging from a lengthy campaign to shorter scenarios, and allows 2 to 6 players to represent major national powers. It balances politics and military power, challenging players with intricate rules and numerous factors like resource management and strategic warfare.
