Sailing Toward Osiris is a euro-style worker placement game set in ancient Egypt. You build monuments for the dead Pharaoh before his barge reaches the tomb.

What is it about?

The Pharaoh is dead and has no heir. So the governors raise monuments to his glory. Whoever builds the greatest tribute becomes the next Pharaoh. Yet resources and workers are scarce, and time is short.

How it plays

1. Draw workers from a bag at the start of each season.
2. Take single actions one at a time, going around the table.
3. Harvest resources, trade at the market or plan a monument.
4. Build sphinxes, obelisks and pylons at smart spots along the river.
