Set in the 19th century, maritime transport becomes increasingly essential for businesses and naval forces, requiring new ships. Players assume the role of ship manufacturers, hiring employees, purchasing accessories, and securing favorable votes from committees. They complete ships through a series of actions, testing them for points before the game concludes when the countdown marker reaches the finish line or when ship cards run out.
