A horror survival game set in a high school, it stands out from other zombie games by offering no weapons or chainsaws. Players start infected and must navigate an undead environment to find an antidote while deciding whether to sacrifice friends to survive. When a player dies without taking the antidote, they re-enter the game as intelligent zombies, hunting down the living, which can lead to a cooperative victory for the undead players.
