An ancient evil known as Doom has chosen to evolve into an intelligent virus controlling its hosts. The infected, called "Doomladen," are led by powerful beings wielding strange relics known as "Thunderstones." In Thunderstone Advance: Numenera, players build a group of heroes to defeat the Thunderstone bearers and navigate the challenges presented by unique monster groups and new gameplay mechanics.
