Players operate a fishing company, buying fishing licenses to conduct fishing actions and sell their catch at chosen prices. The game features an open economy with central markets, each governed by limited resources, trade, and unique rules. With only a fraction of the markets used in each game, replayability is greatly enhanced. There are two currencies: Yen and a resource score, which affects bonuses and penalties based on resource holdings at the end of the game.
