Set in Agra, India in the year 1572, players take on the role of ambitious landowners eager to gain prestige and wealth during Akbar the Great's 30th birthday celebration. Cultivating cotton and turmeric, and managing a profitable sandstone quarry, they trade and refine their goods to impress dignitaries en route to the capital. However, rivals are also vying for favor, making cunning strategy essential as the celebration approaches.
