Building houses is easy, but providing water is much harder. Players will populate a flourishing landscape based on ancient Roman construction principles. If a player fails to supply water to their houses before the neighborhood is fully built, the residents must move out, costing them victory points. The player who skillfully builds wells and canals at the right time and secures the best building spots will win!
