Catan Histories: Struggle for Rome*

Players represent Germanic tribes marching towards Rome in a game set against a fixed map of Southern Europe. Each player starts with two armies in the northeast corner and aims to plunder cities for resources while outsmarting rival lords along the way. With the Roman Empire weakened and ripe for conquest, players must gather enough wealth to establish their own kingdoms before disappearing into the annals of history.
