Players act as architects, striving to create the most attractive city for tourists. They strategically position attractions, build large parks, and create waterfront terraces. However, uncertainty arises with each tile drawn, forcing players to decide whether to wait for the ideal piece, adjust their plans, or cleverly place tiles to maximize points. Each player creates their city and must make better decisions than their opponents.
