City Hall*

Players compete to become the mayor of New York City by recruiting residents and gaining citizen approval. Each round, players can activate one of seven city offices, which deal with different aspects of urban development or campaigning. They buy land, construct properties to attract residents, and can even tax their voters to fund their campaigns, aiming for the most votes by the end to secure the mayoral position.
