Players take on the role of tribal leaders and are tasked with writing a life history. They select missions and decide which inventions, tools, buildings, and ideologies to develop. Gameplay revolves around action selection, where players choose two mission cards each turn, and the effectiveness of their actions depends on the choices of others. The player who collects the most happiness points by the end wins.
