Cyclades*
In this latest collaboration between Bruno Cathala and Ludovic Maublanc, players must buy the favor of the gods in their race to be the first player to build two cities in the Ancient Greek island group known as the Cyclades.
Gameplay Overview
- Godly Favor: Victory hinges on earning the favor of the gods. Players must respect all five gods - Ares, Poseidon, Zeus, Athena, and Apollo - by bidding for their favors each turn.
- Strategic Offerings: Pay homage to each god in turn, as only one player can secure the favor of each god per turn. Players are limited to the favor of a single god in each round.
- Ares: Allows army movement and Fortress construction.
- Poseidon: Enables navy movement and Port construction.
- Zeus: Grants the ability to hire priests and construct temples.
- Athena: Provides philosophers and universities to her worshipers.
- Apollo: Increases the income of his followers.
Immerse yourself in the strategic depth of Cyclades as you navigate the intricate balance of divine favor, bidding, and city-building in the beautiful backdrop of Ancient Greece.
