Kingdom of Heaven: The Crusader States 1097-1291^*

In 1097, thousands of nobles, knights, soldiers, pilgrims, and prophets marched east in response to a papal call to reclaim Jerusalem and the Holy Land for Christianity. Their unexpected victory led to the establishment of the first European colonies overseas and reshaped Muslim power in the Middle East. Players use cards to activate forces, trigger random events, engage in diplomacy, or conduct sieges across a vast arena from Antioch to Cairo and beyond.

The game features nine scenarios covering major campaigns from the era, with each scenario introducing unique historical events through various cards. It includes historical figures like Saladin and Richard the Lionheart, ranging from quick learning scenarios to more elaborate campaigns.
