Maracaibo: The Uprising*

The first major expansion introduces several modules and scenarios, including the displacement of dominant nations from the Caribbean in either competitive or cooperative mode. It adds asymmetrical player abilities, a new optional storyline, legacy tiles, and new project cards. Solo players will encounter a new rival named Jacque.
