Build skyscrapers and develop traffic in the city that never sleeps. The game is played over five rounds, during which players draw cards and participate in a bidding round to determine action strength. Actions include advancing on the Press track, gaining money for special actions, taking characters with unique abilities, acquiring skyscrapers, and earning points based on bids and district values. The player with the most points at the end wins the game.
