Welcome to Noxford, a timeless city in constant construction that expands with the rhythm of the gears that hold it. Players lead a criminal syndicate, relying on their lieutenants and thugs to become the most influential in the wealthy districts of the city.

Set in a steampunk universe, control a Victorian city constructed of cards. Players either play cards representing their syndicate's influence or neutral cards representing wealthy districts and barracks. The game ends when a player plays their last syndicate card, with the winner being the player who controls the most districts and points.
