Palenque*

Pacal, the king of the Maya city of Palenque, seeks to control all resources of Yucatán, while his opponents have their own ambitions. Players represent rival kings, using ten different resource cards and action points to expand their dominion over the 14 kingdoms of Yucatán, establishing control through markers, reserving positions, and building temples. Points are awarded whenever a player plays a scoring card, and the player with the most control during scoring rounds is declared the winner.
