The game consists of two phases. In the first phase, players lay out street trade tiles, with each tile featuring a business and a colored chip representing the player who placed it. Once the board is filled, players aim to visit each business they established, gaining more movement points for additional visits while trying to score the most points by forgoing any remaining movement when arriving at their businesses. Players also receive a police token to hinder opponents' movements, and those who finish their rounds early can earn bonus points for each turn they wait at the well.
