The game revolves around the fun of getting a cake to the face. It features a mechanical device with an arm holding a sponge covered in shaving cream to simulate the cake. When it's your turn, you place your face in the target area, spin the spinner, and turn the handle. You score points based on the number you spun if you don’t get a cake in the face.
