Players assume the roles of dukes aiming to establish duchies along the banks of the Rhine. They play cards corresponding to numbered properties and place knights on available plots. After founding duchies, players expand them with additional properties and buildings, which not only increase the duchy’s value but also provide strategic advantages during the game. The unique scoring system adds an intriguing dynamic to the gameplay.
