Players take on the role of doctors in a state-of-the-art medical center. They must work together to admit, diagnose, and treat various patients under time pressure. The game features a unique worker placement mechanic using sand timers, where every decision counts and mistakes can have significant consequences. With a duration of only 16 minutes, players must efficiently collaborate to overcome challenges and help as many patients as possible.
