A group of archaeologists has mysteriously disappeared during an expedition on the resurrected island of R'lyeh. As members of a rescue team, you must investigate the site, but you soon encounter a terrifying force that seeks to destroy your team from within.

Intuition, nerves of steel, and clever actions are essential to survive and win. Players must track down "The Thing," a creature that awakens from a dreadful slumber and can possess, clone, and replace human bodies, leading to paranoia and deception among the team. Your goal is to identify and eliminate "The Thing" before it's too late.
