Subdivision^*

Players create a subdivision by filling their assigned area with residential, commercial, industrial, civic, and luxury zones, while balancing various improvements like roads and parks. Each player starts with a subdivision tile and hexagonal zone tiles, placing them based on a die roll and creating new enhancements that earn money and points. After four rounds, players tally points for adjacent parks, effective sidewalks, top schools, and connections to the highway surrounding their subdivision.
