UNO: Hello Kitty*

It's Uno, but with Hello Kitty on the cards. The unique feature is the 'Hello Kitty Love Me Not' Joker. When played, the player names a color and discards a card of that color, while other players must either discard a card saying "Love Me" or draw from the deck saying "Love Me Not" to avoid a penalty.
