Yellow & Yangtze*

The period of warring states (475-221 BC) marks a time of endless conflict between seven rival states: Qin, Chu, Qi, Yan, Han, Wei, and Zhao. These states were ultimately unified under the Qin Dynasty in 221 BC, leading to the foundation of modern China.

Players build civilizations in a dynamic setting by placing tiles while managing five different leaders: Governor, Soldier, Farmer, Merchant, and Craftsman. Points are earned in various categories, but the final score reflects the weakest category, requiring survival through conflicts and the construction of prestigious pagodas.

Nominated for 1 award.
