A new era has begun. The alliance's efforts to revive worlds devastated during the cleansing have succeeded, and the future looks promising. Areas once abandoned are now vibrant and thriving with life.

With increased traffic, the construction of new stations has become essential. Alien races rush to build the premier space station to capitalize on new opportunities, assisted by advisors sent by the alliance.

The expansion can be played as a standalone game for two players and features new mechanisms that enhance interaction and introduce strategic considerations for map creation. New components include 30 locations, new two-player rules, highly interactive spaceships, and an advisor module that heightens competition and grants special abilities and extra victory points.
