Article 27: The UN Security Council Game*
Players represent members of the UN Security Council and put forward various proposals. Each round, one player acts as the UN Secretary-General, presenting a proposal related to five themes, including military and currency issues. Negotiations last five minutes, after which players vote, with strategic considerations around bribery and potential penalties for vetoing proposals impacting their decisions. Points are awarded based on existing bribes, proposal card points, and fulfilling secret agenda cards.
