Cape May*

Players act as entrepreneurs in the streets of Cape May, building properties and accumulating wealth over four seasons to gain prestige. They construct cottages, develop them into Victorian houses, and upgrade them to historic landmarks. By strategically using activity cards and fulfilling bonus objectives, players must also take time to relax and enjoy birdwatching in one of the best locations in the northeastern United States. The player who balances income, development, movement, and personal goals most effectively will become the most successful developer in Cape May's history.
