Players can focus on civil developments to boost production or build powerful armies to annihilate enemies. The game combines deck-building with a unique card flipping mechanism, allowing 2 to 4 players to compete over eras for the world's greatest empire, making strategic decisions and experiencing the rise and fall of nations within an hour.
