Paikō*

In Paikō, a turn-based strategy game, players aim to spread their pieces while blocking their opponent's moves. Points are earned by placing pieces in strategic locations on the board: 0 points for pieces in one's own home area, 1 point for pieces in the middle ground, and 2 points for pieces in the opponent's homeland. Players take turns placing a tile, moving an existing tile, or drawing new tiles, requiring careful strategy in selecting their starting pieces and when to draw additional ones.
