Panorama*

Panorama is a relaxed tile-laying game for two to four players aged 8 and up. From a hot-air balloon, you build the finest view in about 20 minutes.

What is it about?

It is a sunny day, your balloon drifts along and the landscape spreads out below. Each player builds their own panorama tile by tile before sunset. You score for animals and flowers in each type of terrain. Yes, even animals love flowers. Designed by Melody Leblond and Jules Messaud, it comes from Le Scorpion Masqué.

The twist in tile selection

Tiles are laid out in a row. The further your balloon travels to grab a tile, the more you leave for the others. Moving a shorter distance means you take turns more often. That makes every pick a small trade-off.

A turn in broad strokes

  1. Move your balloon along the time track to a tile.
  2. Take it and add it to your panorama.
  3. Keep an eye on shared goals like the longest river or the sky with the fewest clouds.

At a glance

  • 2 to 4 players, ages 8 and up
  • 15 to 20 minutes
  • Tile placement and open drafting
  • Changing goals keep games fresh

Who is it for?

Families, couples and fans of Cascadia who want something shorter. It is also a good first game for newcomers.

Conclusion

Panorama is a calm, pretty game with a clever turn order. It lasts barely longer than a cup of coffee and still gives you real decisions. If you want heavy interaction or depth, you will find it too light. As a short family game, it is a lovely 2026 release.
