War has invaded the realm of men. Shadows spread across Rohan and Gondor, from the tangled depths of Fangorn Forest to the eerie ruins of Osgiliath. Players encounter ruthless mercenaries under the command of a mysterious figure and must act to contain the tide of violence before it escalates.

The expansion features a new campaign set in Gondor and Rohan with fifteen scenarios, where players travel between kingdoms and defend them against enemy forces.
