Players must quickly find pairs of cards on the table in Twin It! To set up, shuffle the double-sided cards and distribute them evenly among players. Players take turns placing cards face up, and when someone spots a match, they claim the pair. The first to collect five pairs wins. The game can also be played in teams or with cards held in hand facing each player.
