A Gest of Robin Hood is an asymmetric two-player game in GMT's COIN family, pitting Robin Hood against the Sheriff of Nottingham.
What's it about?
We are in 12th-century England. One player runs Robin Hood and his Merry Men, stealing from the rich and stirring up the peasants. The other plays the Sheriff, keeping order and collecting taxes for Prince John. Both fight for Justice or Order.
How it plays
Using Plots, Deeds, and Events, each side moves its forces and sways the peasants.
- Pick cards and place your forces.
- Rob travellers and merchants, or collect taxes.
- Shift the royal cylinder along the Justice/Order track.
Whoever holds the right side of the track at the end wins.
